If my site is listed in the index of google and I want to make my placement better, how would I do that ? where is the place where I should go to submit again to try get a higher placement ?

so I just put in revisit into my metatags and change my description ? how long will it take to get the spider back to my website ? 3-4 weeks more or just few days, thanks for the info before amadman.

And I dont think google uses the discription meta tag.

Do you know when the spider will visit my site again ? if google is not using description? do they use instead the keywords and the domain itselfs ? like let's say I have the word "Hotel" and want it to be in top placement on google.com is it hard if I have domains with hotels bla bla bla bla bla.com ?

just need some hints and tips I will do something major for the guys or girls who helps me out because later this year I will shoot

I woudnt use the revisit tag. They dont need it or want it. If you are indexed already you will be spidered on the next spider cycle. During the cycle you can be spidered many times a day. Also Experiment with your page design and the text within. It will take a long time to see results though. Usually they reshuffle every month but sometimes it takes longer.

Jokke, I am doing this since 2 years now and it works great ... much better than the submit button ... but people won´t listen to my suggestions here.

Shit! I'm not a damn newbie. Just had a question in my mind. Because I didn't know if Webposition Gold will allow this. I am not having the Pro version at the moment but I will buy it soon. I really need to know if it's possible with Webposition Gold to track my stats from other SE (Webposition does not support.) see ya. google re-indexes once a month, so if your rankings suck, tweak your page a bit, improve your link popularity and whatnot.. cross your fingers and wait til next time
