TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt, restoring from backup "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\BACKUP.RDB".

TrueVector engine: File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been copied to "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\xDBB.tmp". File "C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs\IAMDB.RDB" was corrupt and has been deleted.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ZoneAlarm

There may be a problem with your TrueVector service. ZoneAlarm is dependent on its TrueVector service to function properly. You may need to refresh the files associated with this service, especially after a networking change, OS change, or ZoneAlarm update. First, check in the upper right-hand corner of the ZoneAlarm Window. You should see an All Systems Active message in green letters (to the right of the lock). If the panel is displaying All systems Active and ZoneAlarm is still not functioning properly, it is possible that some files have become corrupt.

It is likely that ZoneAlarm is still functioning properly on your computer and that the error reflected in event viewer was internal housekeeping by the program.

      Format and re-install.
Most pre loaded machines are full of crap anyways that just bog your speed down.

ok i see "all systems active" in green letters. what else should i do? reinstall ZA? i also have tried reformatting and the system still hangs. i just read a thread off google about this problem in ZA and some of them think it has to do with one of MS hotfixes but don't know which one. does anyone have anymore things i can try to fix this?
