Host sexmb.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

When the DNS lookup says this, does it mean the zone files have not moved / changed or is it the host that has not setup the domain name yet?

I think i found the answer.

That indicates a significant misconfiguration in the zone data file or the name server itself.
