    Ibill Issues

We seem to be having a major issue with ibill today. Since midnight nobody has received access to our site. Sales have been processed but the data is not being posted. I'm sure many other are having this problem. Be sure to double check that all your members have access today.

Again? I believe it was only a couple of weeks ago you posted a similar thread.

          The error i get...

I can login, I can see my memberarea page, But when i click any link its asking for a username & password again. When i enter this it wont allow me and i get a 401 error.

          That's fucked up.

Shap, we did some maintenance early this morning on our SAN that impacted replication for a period of time. As of 5:30 am this morning replication appears to be back to normal and those members should all have access. Please contact us ASAP if you still have a problem. You can email me directly ([email protected]). Copy [email protected] as well.

Can you contact me with your account details so I can replicate the issue? My ICQ is 172014435 or you can email me at [email protected]

Hi Mark. This has nothing to do with replication. Information is not being posted back to our site. Members username and password are not being posted and revshare information is not being posted back either.

I believe you are having trouble with cclogin.exe

Just a quick follow up note for any iBill Client reading this. When you call into client services or your sales rep regarding a problem, make sure you ask for your "Case Number". Our new contact management system should allow for better follow up on issues. We will continue to enhance these processes over the next few months. Your feedback on how we are doing is appreciated.
