TTT Script problem! Please help me out

Maybe some of you had this. In TTT you have the option to include a toplist file on your tgp.
to do this you need this command:

<!--#include virtual='/toplists/<toplistname>' --> 

I use the correct path, and I even tried including a different page on another server to test it, but it keep giving me the following error on my page:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]



do you know why that is, and what i need to do to fix this? I'd be very grateful if you could help. thanks

Make sure that the page that you are implementing the SSI code is an .shtml extension - NOT .htm or .html - good luck

even if i try to include

Maybe your SSI is disabled on your hosting account.
Ask your hosting provider...
