Why dont you spend the few hundred dollars and hire someone that can write you a php script that wont be hacked...

I know how to make em ... dont know of premade ones, I've made specialized ones before, for htpasswd and for /etc/passwd,/etc/shadow

I have Cpanel installd on my server,and with't you can controlle everything include .htaccess
