I have been with techiemedia for about eight months. In that time my service went down once for ten minutes. Anytime I have a problem they get back to me within 24 hours. If I had problems getting them their money they worked with me. And if you need someone to talk to just give them a call and they actually answer the phone. The company is run by some very well known people who I will keep secret. You would have no problems going with techiemedia. I recomend them. YOu will not be dissapointed.

I've been with Techie Media for 10 months now, and have gone from a small virtual account to having 4 dedicated servers. Those guys are awesome, their prices are very good for quality bandwidth, and their trouble ticket system is very good. Never more then a few hours at most to have ANY and all problems fixed. Also yes they do have a real phone number, and someone answers it, On an occassion they might be out of the office but will return your call ASAP, (they are human for gods sake). I have only good things to say about them, and recommend them highly. They are hosting some very major sites also right now and in my opinion are rock solid.

my freehost is at techiemedia, along with some other VERY, VERY large freehosts... they can handle anything u can throw at them. i've never been down, and Jim is a cool guy with a big dick.
