Gallery Question

We offer our affiliates some nice hosted galleries http://www.naughtyniche.com/promo.html as well as zipped content packs for those who cant use the fhg.

In the zipped content packs, we include the templates that match the corresponding fhg.
I've been told that some gallery owners will not allow affiliates to use the templates, and that they must create their own.

I dont get it- we try to offer affiliates some great tools, and they aren't allowed to use them. Any ideas as to why? Should we not bother including the template in the content zip packs?

FHG's are mainly used by the TGP owners to put on their sites or for people who by spots.

They would be declined in most cases if someone submitted one.

Even if it was hosted on their own b/w?
All I'm doing is including the design. Are gallery submitters penalized for having too slick a design?

The problem is that it's the same design being submitted by multiple submitters.

Should we even bother? Or would they make an easy starting point for people who want to modify them?

Yep they won't list galleries they've seen already and I imagine they see a lot.

If you want to you could include the gallery psds so they could alter them...but know that some punk ass cheater will take your psds and make galleries to promote other sites with ;)
