for the 6+ years i've been around this adult game you better watch for the following:
If there paying decently, or paying at all?

most programs i've run into aren't paying worth shit only shaving you to death.. thats why I sold 1/2 of my names/biz..
it's a controlled enviroment from sponsors to processors

and most of the posters are payed employeed monkeys working for the sponsors there not actually trying to promote them and earn aliving solely based on that.. remember that next time your speaking with some webmasters spamming this forum or other ones.. you don't know who your talking too.. another salesmen
tryin to suck you into promoting there wonderful program and only throwing your traffic away and earning very little in return..

this is what I've seen with alot of sponsors advertised on here..

alot are deadends.. some smallers ones aren't bad and some that i've found are good.. good lucky newbie..

We are working on 4 paysites and ofcourse our own fresh new affiliate program.. The reason why I ask this to you guys is to know what you guys want and need....

The rest is simple I believe in long term succesfull relationships.
When we start a affiliate program we want people to work for us with pleasure and earn what they deserve to earn.
Keep people who you work with happy and take them seriously and never think you to big to the small people...
Everybody starts small ;)

I think when we launched our paysites we had the same morals
and concepts such as yourself then the processors started fucking us around..
LOTS OF EXAMPLES:
http://www.electracash.com/ we hooked up some sites they ran okay for a week then we emailed them back to have more plugged in we never got a reply and then 3 days later signups stopped and they never payed us either.. we got played and ripped off! period there loosers..

http;//achdebit.com there fucked too.. we again plugged in some paysites I think 3 tthey ran for 5 days then signups stopped we asked questions we got know good reason we pulled out..

I think we tried 10-20 processors to run our paysites they all fucked us around..


here http://ibill.com they were okay but it was charge back hell.
http:;//verotel.com they ran for 2 weeks then signups stopped again we left! there a contralled deadend..

http://probilling.com another joke.. signups ran steady for 3 weeks.. poor support and signups stopped there we left..

http://2000charge.com it ran okay 2 weeks then signups started slowing down after 1 month.. for some reason we left..

http://jettis.com for get it..

http://ccbill.com signups again ran okay for 1 month then signups stopped we bitch at htem and they couldn't answer properly why what happened?

I could write a interesting book on the currupt processors..
so good luck on geting processing and I could post around 50 more if you'd like? but you all get the idea now.

I would also recommend a toll-free number for your affiliates. If a webmaster can reach you via email, icq or phone then I think they will be happy

Good sites above all else. Meaning sites I think have a unique angle or something that makes me want to push them.

How could you decide based on conversion rates before you even started sending traffic? I trust no ones numbers but my own.

Okay who don't want to get money fast...
But at the same time you want a trustworthy relationschip.
Beside you there are many other webmasters promoting..
and ofcourse alot of scammers....

I can do a quick payout.... but I also have the risk of chargebacks
or Fraud... So after too many fraud cases and too many quick payouts I need to close my affiliate program...

There goes your Trustworthyness...

So somewhere in the middle there have to be a sollution..
okay chargebacks can happen np....
But fraud is unfortunilaty a daily routine in our biz...
So What is better....

Delays with payouts and a long term succes story
Or a Short term Succes story with a short term payout...??

I think we go for the first....
But I think it will also mean some webmasters don't
wanna use our program...
