    What do webmasters out there look into a 60/40
    program?

    Besides free content....

    Tell me what you guys look for so I can get some ideas!!

          My primary concern is someone who doesn't cheat. Most sponsors do.
          SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                  DON't SHAVE...and use a good 3rd party cc,
                  and ibill is not a good one.
