    Getting whitelisted?

I've dealt with AOL and gotten our emails whitelisted with them, but now I am trying to deal with other places that are bouncing us. MSN.com and Road Runner (rr.com) won't deliver anything we send. Also many small ISPs are blocking us as well.

Does anyone know who to contact, or how to go about trying to deal with these other ISPs?

I have sent an email to [email protected] for Road Runner a couple times but no response from them.

    What a hassle this is.

By the way, I have a small list... about 50,000.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    David

I would find out if they are using their own lists or subscribing to one of the many RBL's. I have found my mail server IP address, by looking at the rejected emails, on a few RBL's and I know there is no bulk mail going out. I have had to contact them directly to be removed but they do remove me.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
