    Linux Admin - Server Hardening

    I'm looking for a very experienced Linux Admin to harden a couple servers and update some server software.

    I want a pro only with references, preferably someone known on this board.

                  Thanks for the response Boldy and Sextoyking. Should be a one-time shot but may lead to more in the future.

                  I just need a few things upgraded... Openssl, Openssh, BIND, few ports closed down to pass a security audit.

                  Also want to upgrade versions of Linux. This server is running cPanel/WHM as well.

                      the best hardening procedure you can perform on a linux-based server is to format the drive, and install freeBSD..
                      ...promise her a defamation, tell her where the rain will fall..
