I had a server with them back in 2001-2002 never had problems.
they were solid back then and i figure they still are.

I have to take that back, the support isn't actually "poor" it can just be slow at times.

If you know what you are doing with a server, then I would say go for it.. they basically never go down.. they are in the same data center as we are, and I know those guys real well.

I dont know how they are now, but I had a server with them about 2 years ago. Bad techsupport. Ended up moving elsewhere because they didnt give me a server with a clean O/S install. Server still had the previous customers 404's embedded who knows where in httpd.conf and other misc settings I did not want.

They did have fairly reasonable prices though. I'll give them that

They were my first host way back in the day. Great bunch of guys. This was about 6 years ago though, so not sure they are now or if it's even the same guys running the show.

Yeah the support we got from them was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm sure they have some happy clients but from my experience i tell people to stay away.

If your looking for a good host check out mojohost.com its run by Brad and he posts here regularly and had tons of satisfied clients and provides top notch support.

the guys run a fucking great service

every host as some dramas fools

had three boxes with em for 5 years - their support is fucking good and they go out of their way to help you out if you have dramas


if you want good host use em

otherwise....

I have been using DH since the day they were opened. And have had no real problems. Things of happened yes - But I was told about them and when I could expect a fix.

I only have great things to say about the guys from Dynamic Hosting - I have supported them before and will continue to do so. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Noone is paying me to say this, I was just shocked to hear anyone say bad things about them. I have needed support on many occasions and at all hours of the night (I am in Australia so time zones are a problem hehe) and the guys have responded to my needs promptly.

If you want a good host with good support then use Dynamic Hosting
