    Help with ftp

This is not a spam so please take me serious.

We have started to offer ftp download, everyone was asking for it.

But we have a problem, everything opens fines here. And a lot of our clients are having no problems. But some are when they open the file it's corrupted. But sometimes one client has no problem and the other does with the same file.

    Any ideas or suggestions??

A free $50 worth of content to the first right solution.

Blowout deal. 880 videos, 2,400 image sets, plus many RAW videos. $500.
PM me for a deal. Skype Paulmarkham70

          Corrupted files?

Maybe an ASCII - BINARY problem.

what server software do you use?

might be a problem with ASCII/Binary modes

Seems like everyone is responding at the same time.

I'd rather have traffic than content

Complete answer: The clients that are having problems are downloading the files in ASCII, you need to tell them to set their ftp software to BINARY.
                    Does anyone look down here?

What does this traffic look at when it gets there, a blank screen?
                      You've solved it
