Whats the deal with homemade xxx movies and copyrights?
Can someone put them on a pornsite whitout having a deal with creators of the movie? Im not sure about that question, someone who know more?

I mean if movie don't have copyright watermark of course.

Copyright generally falls to the photographer.

Unless photographer was working for another company that had certain rules.

Now model releases would be needed as well or you can be sued by those in the film.

Photographer could sue you for use of their work.

No title 18 either so you can end up in jail.
