Before you do... You REALLY should contact a good attorney that specializes in this field and also has accountcy experience. Call and see what info he-she would need to see so that you can round it up before the visit. Get their opinion if it will benefit or hurt you to do the registered company thing etc. Sometimes a soul proprietorship is better so you would be (exp) Dave Jones dba Jones Porn Empire (Inc or no Inc).
