    Banner Exchanges, worth it?

    Does anyone here use them banner exchange programs? You know, whack a banner on your site, you get a certain amount of credits per page impressions, etc.

    Are they any good? Worth it?

          I signed up for an account quite some time ago..
          i've never actually bothered to use it..

                  ask picpost.com he has been using a sexswap banner exchange program for years.

                  I must admit, I don't see them on many websites these days.
