    HELP! Attacked from some program...

    Help please!

I was reviewing a gallery and when i loaded a gallery from hardextrime.com, i got tones of continuing consoles, but after Alt+F4 for about 50 times every windows were closed.

That's not the big problem but after a while there was a pop-up again! I just opened only 1 GFY window and it did pop-up!

This is the url that comes with pop-up.

And redirect to some site else include ARS.

I tried to Ctrl+Alt+Del to see what programs were running, i saw this.

I don't know why but C:\ht.hta does not exists.

Now my IE5.5SP1 still open the window itself with a random time! The latest version of McAfee cannot detect it! PLease help.

Open a dos window and try del C:\ht.hta and there are other ways that I'm sure others will chime in with like in the registry etc

1st thing is get a good Virus program.

I bet your using a free version of McAfee or 1
that came with your computer and don't keep it updated.

Me I think the pay version of McAfee is not very good not even as good as other FREE 1's.

Get Norton or here is a good FREE Virus proggy

              www.grisoft.com
              www.grisoft.cz

forgot, also go get AdWare and LeakTest, and some Firewall Software.

                        Hope it worked

just run regedit and do a search for that file and delete all instances of it..
