Finally got things sorted out. Was away from the machine for the weekend, sorry about that everyone!
I talked to SpaceDog, and verbatim, this is the outcome:

Boy do I feel like an asshole All these aliases threw me for a loop and I did not make the connection between your URL, name, Nic, and exchange we had with that as well as *****. I was really surprised when I searched in Google for my name and ended up at "spacedogs". I have to admit after hearing about CP links and stuff I didn't want my full name associated with the site, but did not make the connection from past to present nics. At the time I was a bit "freaked out".
I am so sorry for the irresponsible way I attempted to contact you, at the time I thought that was the only way to create a dialog. I did not realize we had contacted before - alias confused and got the best of me. I was away from my work machine all weekend and was not able to follow up until today.
My minor complaint was that there was no link to Adultchamber.com from the article, although the by lines were correct. If I had realized that you were going to copy the article per say including tables and format, I would have suggested that you simply link to it in case updates are necessary. The 2257 stuff was not an article but actual content of our site. Just a heads up on that -- I had to rework the tool b/c an attorney advised me that a simply copy-paste is not all you need to do to come into compliance, and I felt it was a bit misleading "false sense of security" if you know what I mean.
Again, please accept my apology, I am totally shaming. The moment I become presumptuous it bites me in the ass and I truly am sorry. If there is anything I can do to make things right (or better) please let me know."
SpaceDog asked that I let everyone know the outcome, and I would publically like to apologize for the confusion and misunderstanding.
