    Rip Off!

    I'm posting this on behalf of photgrapher Dave Burgess in Vancouver. He was approached by a guy by the name of Michael Ihm...who wanted to purchase all of his content! Dave handed over the content and was given a small ammount of money and then told he would recieve monthly payments! This was in June 2003!

    He has recieved NO MONEY! This guy owes him $10,000 PLUS he stole a video camera as well!

    If you belong to this board buddy you are one HUGE MOFO!

      hate to say this, but he if didn't have a contract printed out it's all on him..that's way too much for just a handshake

              I should add ...he does have a written contract but Dave is screwed and broke because he relied on that money and can't afford an attorny. He realizes he will never see a penny...but he wanted me to post it as a warning to you guys in case this guy approaches some of you for content...
