Been trying to get ahold of you for 4 days now no answer on icq or thru email.

Do i really need to charge back the script purchase?

I tried to contact him a few times and its been awhile before he responded...I ended up just fixing it all myself....But thats ok - im switching scripts.

your script looks so good, not giving a little support can make you loose a lot of potential client whats no good for business!

You should give him the benefit of the doubt. After all he is only one man and his script costs about half of AGSQL...

I have been trying to get ahold of him since the 30th
i understand people are busy and some people do not work weekends but i need to get a site up and im not going to wait 2 weeks to get it done.

Tomorow i will be charging back the purchase.

Hmm a guy using that script complained that he could not imporort our galleries. I think it will take some time before it's fixed

While its a extremely small and smooth running script it does lack alot of features and the support isn't 100%.

Tue has always gotten back to me and I've only bought one script (gallery admin) and I've had no problems...
