Thats right my sig has got a few links in it but I have also been here and posted more than 100 times which makes me an established poster , you come here and spam your first post which is against the rules here,

Is your script going to handle the emails from a web interface..

This the biggest problem I find with these scripts.

Collecting the emails is Simple, its mailing them out that is a pain in the ass.

Ours does the mailing, etc. It will be available tomorrow sometime. So far it's been tested with 50K+ users. There will also be a version that will authenticate through a MySQL server instead of a .htpasswd. I wouldn't even consider that one unless you have a dedicated server.

I have alot of deticated boxes, but every script that I have used times out from the webinterface..

I find myself having to do it thru telnet.

yes we have a mailer, we also do not use flat htpasswd files. we use mysql db to handle it all.

Yep, it can't timeout. Won't be a problem. It's been tested with over 50K addresses.

50k addresses is kinda small for a free join site. you get an affiliate or 2 and you can get that in a month.

Uh huh, IF you get an affiliate or two. This is a real world TEST I am talking about. There are no affiliates yet. A real world test is something that every good programmer does before he offers his program to the general public. You have done a large scale, real world test too, right? I would doubt that your site
