Thought i would share a story with you..

My sister who lives in Dallas, TX just called to say as her and my mom are getting in the truck this guy parked beside them had his hand down below his belly. My mom says oh no he is just scratching his belly, so my sister looks over to see what is really going on well low and behold the man is beating his meat in his car in the middle of the WalMart parking lot. So she calls 911 to tell them and they ask her to drive back over and get the guys plate number. (and they did and he was still going at it)
She said they send the firetrucks out for this.
