does google allow you to bid on peoples names?

doing a search for 'pamela anderson' yeilds no ads..

yet 'pamela anderson sex' does.. what's the deal?

you can bid on pamela anderson with a non adult product

[detoxed]

They now allow you to bid on Trademarked names but you cant use the trademarked word in your ad.

Maybe that will help a little.
