    Need 24/7 customer support

    I'm at the point when I need a customer support 24/7 - via phone, LIVE CHAT and email. One person can handle it for now.

    I'm thinking renting a small office and hiring 3 people to work W2 8 hours per day. However, I've heard there are a lot of taxes, insurance fees, etc. that goes along with it.

    Any ideas?

        Where would I outsource it? I can't outsource it to other countries because I need people to speak English well and with no accents. Also, phone calls will be pretty expensive to any other country.

            I know netbilling does customer service I am sure there are 100's of other companys in non adult that do this kinda stuff.


            Its just like a answering service.

              JulianSosa, it's not just an answering service. These people will have to be familiar with the site - frontend and backend. They will need to be able to work with credit card problems, etc.

                Sorry not answering service but out sourced customer service.
                There are places that do this and the customer never knows he did not call your business.

                1 person can do the customer service for 10+ companys at once.
