thenk i click properties on the modem and it says driver has not been installed

so then i click update driver and find out exactly where the driver is on the cd and i always get-

hahahahahahas could not locate driver for your device, but its clearly there on the cd its a .vxd file

what the fuck?! can anyone can help me please, thanks

Did you go to the modems website and upload the driver from there?.It could have a newer version.

Are you sure the modem is compatible with the board on the other pc? That might be a reason. Try another modem on it.

Have you tried a manual install?

Plug and Pray in winblows doesn't always work that well.

Why not take the easiest way out and have it repaired by someone who knows better?
