Its working for me here. Are sure you don't have some kind of virus or malware blocking your access? It happend to me a while back

The interesting thing is that you used to be able to just type:

webadmin.ccbill.com to connect..

not you HAVE to put in https://webadmin.ccbill.com to connect.

Kinda suprised CCBill didn't sent out a lil announcement about the change.
