    Epassporte Problem..

    i've created my epassporte account 3 months ago and i still not received my visa electron card.. i've mailed many times in last month at cs@epass.. and they don't have responded me..
    anybody know what can i do? it is possible to ask them to reissue another visa electron and send me?

      Thanks God i receive my epassporte card last week but far i don't have any problems with their service and support team

        You should call them, you are allowed one toll free call, the card may have got lost in the mail. But I bet when KimmyKim or Rand see this thread, they will help you out asap. Or do a search and you'll find Kimmy's email and send an email to her.. she is very helpful.

          Something is wrong if you haven't received your card in that length of time. It generally takes a week to ten days to get your card in the U.S. and most other countries, although there are places in the world where it may take longer.

          Send me your ePassporte username and I can look into this for you. And, if you have the emails you sent to CS in your outbox, I'd love to see those too.
