What should you do when you are over heating and you can't get your body tempature down? Anyone have a good web page?

Drink lots of cool, but not cold water.

If not feeling better in an hour, seek emergency medical attention.

Rehydrate with some water and get some fresh air while standing still or sitting for a while should help normalise his body temp.

I made him take another shower. I told him it needed to be ice cold and after throwing up he felt much better. Thanks guys!
