      http://www.textpad.com/

Is a free text editor and it's got a good search & replace.

do you mean on your local PC or on the webserver? for the local PC, the stuff already suggested will work, but for a unix server, there is some stuff here that will do the job:

        csFind-N-Replace

i use the dreamweaver find/replace function.

it's at it's best when you define a site. it allows you to search/replace text in the page, source code, or any tag in particular, and also has options for one file, all files, or just selected files

          that or notepad

"Ace HTML" has a bulk find and replace feature, that could do all of your pages in about 30 seconds. Just download all of your HTML pages into a folder, do a bulk replace and re-upload them. The whole process shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

In the 'edit menu', just click on 'bulk replace' and play with the settings until you get it right. You can even search sub directories.

You can download a fully functional demo that will work for 30 days at: http://www.visicommedia.com/
