    Any comments about it...
    i need my vaio to be fixed by them
    the keyboard is acting strange lately... i fear i won't see my laptop in weeks and pay 1000 bucks in the end lol

    any feedack appreciated

          go to a local computer tech school and offer one of the kids 50 bux to fix it

              Go back to the orriginal store you bought your equipment, they will tell you exactly who covers what and where the repairs/inspection for your outsourced sony certified contractor is.

                      sony support SUCKS. all their support lines go straight to india. i dont have a problem with indians but its such a fucking pain in the ass.. all their responses are scripted, its just fucking bullshit.. just call and you'll see. they'll ask you a million questions, fishing to get a response that will indicate you broke it yourself. i had a problem with my vaio, ended up ordering the parts and fixing it myself. but im sure as hell never buying anything expensive from sony again.
