Google PR Question...

When Someone says: " I have PR 4" This means, he has probably 1 search term, which google turns his site in the 4th position, right?

When I talk to this guy, what I need to make sure? That the same keywords are same like I want? or it doesn't has to do with keywords at all ---> Or the only thing important is that he has one search term in the 4th position...

Can someone make this issue more clear for me?

Pr Is the rank given by google's toolbar. .. the higher the PR the higher you will get ranked . PR 1 don't mean you have a first rank ...
