I need a program...

I need a program that can randomize galleries. Lets say I have a txt file with 1000 galleries I want them to be randomized.

Example
1.
2.
3.
4.

Randomized
4.
2.
1.
3.

Also need a new program to promote with hosted video galleries

you will need to updte your txt file with some tags, but i think u can do it..
is easy to use and is free ;)
