say I'm getting 4555 hits to a gallery, and only 100 raw hits to my sponsor? Is that normal or does that mean my gallery sucks?

It's not the highest ctr but also not the lowest ctr.
Improve it by adding links like sample videos or sample pictures on the bottom of the gallery, but only if there are sample videos and sample pictures on the paysite. Remember that the surfer mostly clicks on the bottom of your gallery. -

Our hosted galleries have over 5% click through ratio with traffic coming from lots of affiliates so I would guess its a decent average.Comment

a 2% CTR is low imho
and you need at least 1000-2000 sponsor hits to test
