I've got a fucking tooth-ache and I can't get to a dentist in days.
I just lack time! It hurts sooo.. bad! I don't know which way I should be, nothing helps! I've eaten dozens of painkillers, they help for like 10 minutes...

I don't have for a dentist until friday! Oh, the misery.

I just called to a dentist to see if they had times... The only one open this late (7pm) has patients atleast up to 2am! I don't want to go to a fucking dentist @ 2am.

Guess I'll drink the vodka. Skip lessons tomorrow and go to a dentist. Shit.

I don't have a regular dentist, hence the wait.
I have to reserve a time with some dentist tomorrow morning when they open. Now I only have 500mg Aspirins.. not very good.

There's different sorts of pain, when I had my tattoo done for 6 hours or so, it wasn't so bad... but even if my tooth sorta hurts less, it's more horrible....

It'll be better in the long run... you'd only have problems with it later if you try to keep it. Any dentist worth his metal hook will give you some good drugs for the pain.

If it's an infection, you're even more fucked than you think. Most dentists will not pull an infected tooth until the infection is taken care of.

you could also get to the roof of the tallest building in your city preferably 5 stories or higher...tie the twine around your tooth and the other to a staionary object and then jump....

I'm going thru the same thing...I have to have all four of my wisdom teeth yanked...and they're all compacted so they have to shatter them first then pull the shards out...I use a strong cocktail of beer, xanax, and lortab...it seems to work fine until you blackout, then the pain seems to bring you back from the comma so it works out...

put 12 drops in a glass of warm, salted water.. swish the water around your mouth to soke the tooth.. DONT swallow or drink the water.. the pain should be gone for at least 6 hours due to the numbing affect of the clove oil...

Every decent store in the US has stuff like Oragel, which has benzocaine in it. A drop or squeze of this stuff into the cavity of an aching tooth relives pain in seconds. A bit more conveinient than clove oil. Go to your local drugstore and ask them for over-the-counter benzocaine products. It shoud be on the shelf near the toothbrushes.

I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out soon and I'm soooo scared. Did anyone here ever have the procedure done? Do they yank it out like any other teeth or do they have to do an operation? I heard it requires some type of real minor oral surgery....is this true? Does it hurt a lot?

OK, out of my bag of tricks all I can offer is to pinch your earlobe on the side that is hurting. Strong steady pressure may take the edge off the pain. You might try a clothespin with some thing like gause to make it more comfortable. The other is for general pain and that is to rub the webbing between your thumb and fingers. It will probably hurt like hell, but can also help.

Heat, TGF - HEAT!

Get one of those warming pads or a hot water bottle and strap it to your jaw. You'll look like a moron (I know I did) but it works - to a point.

I did it for three days while I waited for a double root canal - only way I could stay sane. Either that or go down the emergency ward at your local hospital and ask for a shot of the good stuff.

Of course, they will numb you silly.... all you'll feel during the process is some pressure and pulling....

if you don't get them pulled? You'll be in agony until you do.
