    Good host

    Who knows the best host which can meet these demands:
    - Good speed
    - Not to expensive
    - at least 150 or 250 MB
    - about 15 GB datatraffic
    - PHP
    - MYSQL Hosting
    - CGI
    - Domain (.com) hosting
    - no downtime

                              they have all you asked for and more, up to 100 domains at no extra charge, unlimited email, cool control panel, I would have to say the best support there is online anywhere from a host. They have had downtime and as someone else pointed out, no downtime does not really exist.
                              They also of course have great prices. I think on the plan that would fit you request you get like 500 mb of hard drive space too.
