we run a resource site ( one of many )
and i want to know what i can do to
make us better/stand out from the rest.
If you have ever visited a resource site and
didn't find what you are looking for, i want to hear
from you.
or if you have ever wondered why something
wasn't listed or explained anywhere.
How can we make our site better,what's
missing etc..

How about this one!

Offer a place where webmasters can ask specific questions and have it answered by a some person who is in a panel of experts.
All the regular resource sites have all the same info. The stuff people really need to know are answers on specific problems they
encounter.

That way you will provide very specific help. Keep all questions asked in a database and have it available online so others can
also use it as a resource and you don't have to answer the same questions over and over again.....

The panel should be cover subjects as....
Sysadmin issues (unix/windows), scripting/coding, design, marketing, legal, etc, etc. Of course it should address problems and advice only and not. I need a TGP in php and I require these features......can you build it for me?

It might already exist since I don't really go to resource sites that much.

Instead of just listing resources, give them an honest review.

Don't just let the service supplier tell you what to put in.

A lot of webmasters would like an independant view of what people offer.

You might find them trusing you, coming back in better quality numbers and then you can charge more for your ad space
