    credit card processing ?

    k. so ... i'll show how little I know.

In another thread somebody brought up scrubbing. Cool. catching people using stolen cards, etcetera.

Something was mentioned about 3rd party processors scrubbin on people that are known to charge back.

at DormAngels - we get some women everymonth that charge back or ask for refunds. I assume these are moms who find out their kids used their credit cards.

Should I submit those peoples' names to CCbill ... or when a refund and/or charge back happens ... are they keeping track of the person?

so i need to email these peoples' names to my 3rd party processor... they don't automatically make a note of it whenever somebody refunds/chargebacks?

          BrettJ,

If you are using CCbills third party for your CC, when you get a charge back they will automatically black list that card.

For the refunds, I am betting they are also get blacklisted too..
CCbill scrubs very hard!!! A lot of people say to hard!!
