I used to be fat when I was like 10... that was when I first got into the internet. Then I somehow lost like 40 pounds just by sitting at the computer all day. Amazing!
actually being fat does suck... not that I want to be skinny either. The other day my kid asked me about doing something, I told him no... he asked if I said no cuz I was too fat. He's 5... made me stop and think about shit.

Get that new mindset now. Work out, eat less. You can do it, you'll feel better.

go to the gym and stay there 2-5 weeks ! ;)
I worked out 3 times a week with a personal trainer, and was on the 24/5 program (24 Hour Fitness' trainer/diet/supplement program) and in 8 weeks I gained 16lbs. I'm now working on trying to figure out how to alter the program to produce results that I'm looking for (trim down, not bulk up) but we haven't found it yet.
6'7 and now about 384 (and sportin my GFY long sleeve)
For some it's not as easy as the books say it is, regardless of how hard you work. Not that I'm defending being lazy and eating like a cow, I'm simply stating that exercise and diet doesn't always produce results.
There is a easy way.
You have to burn more calories than you eat. Sounds simple, but that's all about.
Eat less and try to do some condition training (no hard dumb-bell training)
That works 100% - but it isn't easy.

Then you ate a piece of cake and it all came back...? LOL... Just kidding... but I heard it's a bit dodgey in that regard. If you look sideways at a cracker while on Atkins you gain all your weight back...??
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
It's all about the cardio-vascular workouts, gyms are fine as are the protein shakes but you gotta do the CV work too and plenty of it. Spinning/jogging/cycling all help, start off slow walking until you get used to it and then increase the speed/distance/time steadily, the more you do the easier it gets.

BigB!!! Well, you'll always be beautiful in my eyes...!
Yeah, cardio's key. My trainer's mad at me right now cos I keep pumping weights with him but not doing my cardio (being a lazy ass) ... which is of course making me heavier! LOL..

your trainer must be either a newbie or an idiot. If you gained that much in 8 weeks, he didnt monitor you very well, what was your body fat percentage before/after the 8 weeks? You need to trim fat by doing low weight workouts/cardio before you start lifting the heavy shit, otherwise you are building muscle on top of your fat

I love the pictures in the back btw..very sexy
I'm going to try to cut lifting next week to two days a week and have a day dedicated to an hour's worth of cardio only. I did lose 3% body fat in the first 6 weeks, so that was cool but I'm already enormous and I'm not trying to bulk up. If I do figure something out though, I'll definitely let you know.
About the pictures, thanks, they are from pinuptoons.com. I'm not paid to advertise for them, but I'd highly recommend checking them out.
