aflex, you should be logging in with your webmaster id # and password (not your old login name and password).

Please give it another try and let me know if you are having any problems:

Also, just an fyi...your webmaster id # and password will log you into all ARS programs:

i'm not an idiot. i know my ars code / pw. after entering the l/p the login process didnt go through, it wasnt my l/p being the problem.. the problem seems fixed now anyway.
