    Webmaster/Model Agreement

I've been looking for a generic document/agreement on the web that can be used to show a partnership between a webmaster and model on a site. Things that would be layed out would be profit split statements, terms for termination, etc....

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

talk to a lawyer, you dont want anything "generic" you want something that will save your ass when push comes to shove. its like buying generic condoms.

best way to do it is pay upfront for the content and make the site yourself

i seen too many partnerships turn nasty, in the end you're left with no model = no retention

Yeah..unless you really know the person and have a firm agreement.

I'd say thats the best way to do it

Yeah, or maybe try searching Google for adult web laws. Something may come up.

the models a pretty close friend that is why the document doesn't have to be detailed and why i don't want to pay her...it's more of a favor for her to build her a site and help promote her....i wouldn't really want to make a big profit from her, just enough to pay for my time helping her out....but of course some kind of document will be good to show the agreement

No lawyer, but in the US - in the end you can't force someone to do something they don't want to. Further, if they want to strike out on their own or with someone else, how can you really stop that with out a ton of shit you don't want or need. Law suits cost $ and are a pain in the ass.

Flip side, there are plenty of sites centered around a particular girl, like at Lightspeed. Nina Knows Best is an example of someone moving out of a deal. Don't know the details on that one, but the inside scoop there might give you some feel for what could happen. BTW Nina rocks! I signed for her progam..
