Why do gallery submission programs..

list big tgps on there database even if the tgp sites specify no auto submissions. Are my url's geting black listed because of this. Are webmasters Just throwing away there hard earned mony on these programs. Tell me what you think.

all programs does not autosubmit...

Get a semi-auto submitter and you won't have those problems. If you don't hit the submit button on the site yourself, you're not being too smart.
