Help from anyone?

I had a question , ive sent emails but no one has returned them, I was wondering , if it was against the rules somehow to place nudity on your site first before it says must be 18 or older , or do you have have to place that first then have them enter where it shows nudity ? I have both on my site at the same time.

Can anyone who hasn't violated the rules with amateur money please tell me if my site is in violation ? I'm new to this and i just dont want to step on anyones toes, thanks!

You can, but it is safer if you put it after the age verification. Just to cover yourself.
