    myVirtualCard - anyone using?

Any opinions on myVirtualCard.com? Are they a good billing solution for Canadians?

I know the principals of the company quite well and trust them that they are running a tight operation. I have recently signed up with them myself for my content store...

Only problem is that they call-verify customers. Is anyone surfing porn at 2:00am want to receive a phone call?

Our system is designed primarily to prevent "friendly" chargebacks...

Those people who are afraid to be called back at 2:00 AM lest their spouse finds out are the same people that, a month later, will charge back because their wife sees 'pornowatcher.com' (or something similar) on their credit card statement.

We are aware that some may be apprehensive about this, we are working on a solution were merchants can decide to, on an individual basis, have their customers authenticaed say 24-48 hours later.

The customer only recieves ONE phone call upon initial registration; they will only recieve a subsequent phone call if they or someone else attempts to access their account from a different computer

I've taken a look at them, and like the idea of authenticating customers via telephone; everyone benefits from added security!

It also must be cheaper than doing it manually.

They seem to have something good going.

Ditto, authentication is key. Cool system I must say
