Which one out there is working for you? Topcash seems to be doing pretty good for me, but I think they do things on second click, so I am looking for a first click sponsor?

i have a PPc program that is not opened to public, tracked by sexadnet.com

ICQ me if you are interested... and i use a proxy guard too, so hitbotters need not apply =-)

2.5c per first page unique, can prepay if you are established webmaster in the USA, and can raise rate after the first 7 days is everything is kosher..

I also do private deals for first page clicks (although pay more for second page ;)), but only for established US-based webmasters who can send a minimum of 10,000 clicks per session (no CJ traffic), rates negotiable (obviously exits are worth waaaaaay less than a link on a freesite)

I'm also looking to buy entire freehost headers/footers/404 pages (or any combination thereof) in the next month or so. Rates negotiable.

I too have gotten a ncie response to this thread...the thing I stress to those contacting me, use multiple sponsors, hell use Kman, myself, amaterupages and topcash, spread your shit out a bit....what if you send me all your traffic and I get hit by a bus? or you send it all to kman and hI hit him with a bus? j/k ;) seriously though always use a couple different sponsors...
