Incest sites aren't illegal?! That can't be true can it? I can understand the hard to prove part, but what does that have to do with it? A site with lolita text and this 14 year old loves it when you do this or that, would get you banned from most sponsors, ISPs, etc. and possibly investigated even if you can't necessarily prove she is actually 14. I don't see a difference, incest is illegal in this country, I'm sure it is in most, right?
