Most proposed and existing laws regarding UCE require the subject line to identify the content as "Adult".
Your mailings do no such thing, in fact most of them try and deceive the surfer into believing its an "old friend saying hi" or that its a "past due notice". I also dont believe i've ever found an anonymous remove or any personally identifiable information in any of your mailers.
While i WILL be the first to stand up and say that the misconception that UCE is illegal is 100% wrong and that if used properly and with a code of ethics that email is extremely valuable as a marketing tool..... I will never condone the kinds of practices that continually convince children and elderly people to open emails that they believe to be legitimate non-adult forms of communication.<a href="http://www.adultplatinum.com/"><img src="http://www.adult.com/wmbanners/10dcash-468x60.gif"></a>Comment

Our exchanges in the past of always been one full of expletives and veiled threats.
Thankfully, we have put that behind us a long time ago. It is refreshing to read a well put post that is consise and to the point.
Some points I would like to make.
Our emails, as per our Host and our Legal department that go out, have markings ADV ADLT.
They also have working remove links that due in fact facillitate the removal of any person should they desire.
We also have a manned phone number should they desire to speak to a live person to be removed.
We both stay on top of regulations and laws for our respective business. Ignorance is not a plea that can be taken.
We have been informed time and time again, that our setup and organization is well above board.
