No charge for IP's, so long as they meet ARIN justification guidelines and total usage is under one /24. Assigning from multiple /24's is not a problem as well. If your usage is over one /24, we do charge a maintaince fee of $40/mo per /24.

However, you may want to quantify "many". Many different meanings for that word.

Thanks for the references guys, I've contacted people but still looking.

To clarify, I am looking to host STATIC content on a variety of STATIC IP's spread out among several /24's.
I will use little bandwidth, would like excellent peering.
As a result of using small bandwidth understand that I may have to pay a price to make a host setting this up for me worthwhile.
