SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

We use our own but I know MPA2 and X3scripts both work with Netbilling and CCbill. Who is your processor(s)?

Most of the payment processors let you set an URL where users, whose credit cards were declined, would be sent or give you the opportunity to edit the page which will be displayed to declined users.
You can make use of such options and send declined users to a second payment processor (thus making a cascade). It almost doesn't matter which payment processors you use.
You can make (or buy) a script that determines which processor has declined the user and send them to specified second payment processor (and then a 3rd one, etc.).
Now another thing that you need, especially if want to have affiliates who send you traffic, is to get the sales and transaction stats from all of the processors you use and show them to you (and to your affiliates) in one place. This needs a system which will also help you in making payouts (or optimally making it possible for affiliates to receive their payouts directly from the payment processors), tracking affiliates, etc. In other words, the system will make you an affiliates program with single admin and affiliates interfaces but with multiple payment processors.
There are software which provide you the system that I described (MPA2, Traphica.com for example). I am one of those who offer such software and in case you are interested in knowing more about our affiliates program scripts, please contact me on ICQ# 83300875 or e-mail: [email protected]
