Bidirection Bandwidth Usage

Ok.. Some of us buy connections that are capped, say 10mbits up/down. Most only use a majority in one way, but have a ton of mbits available the other way..

What are some of your ideas as to what kind of ways you can use this bandwidth.. I have some places where i'm doing alot of outgoing bandwidth, what can I do with the incoming?
